After thinking I would never find the right car, at a decent price, I came across Nathan John. Right from the initial contact, Nathan and Shorna were excellent, including staying after closing time so I could view a car after work. After the test drive and paperwork, including answering my many queries, Nathan had the car valeted and a few things sorted that he had pointed out himself on the test drive. Upon collection, a noise caused concern and I returned immediately. Nathan jumped in, and soon diagnosed the issue as I drove. By the time we returned to his office, he had ordered the part and it was delivered as we arrived. Although our problem continued, Nathan persevered, getting everything checked and replaced, until the fault was fixed. Nathan and Shorna were constantly helpful and still trying to make calls and organize things when they both became ill. After initially viewing some rather suspect vehicles/sellers, Nathan and Shorna renewed my faith in people. I have had the car for over 4 months now, and all is good.
